Exchange & Returns

From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to return your order to Maison Norbu.

Returns are sent directly to our address:

Email notification required

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@maisonnorbu.com within 5 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for returns

• Items must include the original label and hangtag.

• Products must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, and undamaged.

• Returns are not accepted if items have been washed, chemically treated, ironed, or worn extensively.

REFUND

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, Maison Norbu will issue a full refund of the purchase amount.
